SEAPort has been selected to take part in the IAT programme

The IAT Marino-Marítima programme is an initiative of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, promoted by the SPEGC for the promotion of innovation in the marine-maritime field.
The IAT Marino-Marítima has established itself as a benchmark for innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of data analytics and artificial intelligence in the marine-maritime field. In this edition, 24 startups have been selected.
The national call has been very well received, with more than 40 applications received, from which 24 projects were selected.
The acceleration programme offers a unique approach to business development that combines a solid training with more than 35 hours of duration, based on the prestigious MIT Entrepreneurship Forum’s Disciplined Entrepreneurship Methodology and personalised mentoring of up to 30 hours, coordinated by a Lead Mentor who will guide each project throughout its development cycle.
Participants will also enjoy additional services provided by the IAT Marino-Maritime, including access to cloud computing services, testing and experimentation opportunities in real environments through collaborations with entities such as the Port Authority of Las Palmas.
The second edition will run from 20 October to 24 November, culminating in the exciting Demo Day, which will take place on 27 and 28 November in Gran Canaria.
